Job description

New Hire Incentive available up to $4,000 for those who qualify.

This is a full-time position (80 hours per pay period) with varied 8-hour shifts. Shifts vary from 7:00 AM-8:00 PM, with weekend shifts from 7:30 AM-4:00 PM. Call is once a month from 4:00 PM-8:00 PM. This position requires flexibility throughout the week, including the ability to cover sick calls and other schedule changes. This position is located at Scripps Clinic in Rancho Bernardo.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

  • Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
  • Must remain in original department/specialty
  • Must remain in original Job Title
  • Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Required Qualifications:

  • BLS from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in ultrasound
  • ARDMS(BR/OBGYN)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of a formal training/educational program in a school accredited by CAAHEP (Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs) or a hospital training program.
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience performing OB and Breast exams
