About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving Store Manager to help lead our ice cream shop to sweet success! You’ll be the right-hand hero to the District Manager, keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and the vibes as fun as our flavors.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Jumping in to help scoop, serve, and celebrate with our guests
  • You will be front and center and be the example of a One Oberweis to our guests and to you team. One vision, one direction, one team working in sync to a common goal.
  • Leading and motivating our awesome scoop squads
  • Delivering top-tier customer service (with extra sprinkles!)
  • Managing shifts, schedules, and daily operations
  • Keeping the shop sparkling clean and organized
  • Handling inventory and making sure we never run out of fan favorites

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience (food service a plus!)
  • A positive, upbeat attitude
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Lead, supervise, and train all employees in every phase of product preparation, including product portioning, packaging, and cleaning duties
  • Manage cost controls including labor, training, and inventory.

Physical Requirements

  • Carry up to 50lbs
  • Stand and walk on a hard surface for 9-10 hours per day
  • Tolerate up to 45 minutes in a walk-in cooler at temperature as low as 32 degrees F during inventory
  • Tolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk-in Freezer at temperature at -10 degrees F during inventory and stocking
