Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dishes in accordance with chef's specifications, ensuring consistent quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cooking station, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Prep daily mise en place, setting up your station for success.
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation standards to guarantee guest safety.
  • Cooperate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Basic knife skills and familiarity with standard kitchen equipment.
