Position Title: Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient Primary Care

Location: Globe, Arizona

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | No evenings, weekends, or on-call

Practice Setting: Community-Based Outpatient Primary Care

Compensation, Incentives, and Relocation

• Base salary: $120,000–$140,000, depending on experience
• Productivity incentives (RVU-based): $10,000 - $20,000 in the first year
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000–$7,000
• Relocation assistance: $7,000–$10,000

This role is a good fit for a Nurse Practitioner, including new graduates, who want to provide solid primary care without the pressure that comes with high-volume clinics. Training and Ramp-Up (New Grads Welcome)

What You Will Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
• Perform preventive visits, acute visits, and chronic disease management
• Conduct annual wellness visits, physicals, and screenings
• Diagnose and manage common conditions
• Order and follow up on labs, imaging, and diagnostics
• Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and preventive care
• Coordinate care with specialists and ensure follow-up
• Document clearly and efficiently in the EHR
• Participate in team-based care and quality initiatives

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP program
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Active Arizona NP  license, or ability to obtain
• DEA registration or eligibility prior to start date
• Strong communication skills and sound clinical judgment
• Commitment to patient-centered care
