Position Summary
The Concessions Bar Lead is responsible for the successful operation of concession stand to which they are assigned and supervises staff. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work an event driven schedule including nights and weekends per business needs.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $14.66-$18.32 and is tip eligible (per CBA).
Benefits are per the union agreement.
This position will remain open until June 26, 2026.
About the Venue
Allegiant Stadium is the technologically-advanced stadium that is the home of the Las Vegas Raiders NFL team and hosts world-class entertainment including concerts and special sporting events.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct the sales register by entering the orders and completing the transaction.
  • Responsible for maintaining stock and supply levels and communicating to the Concessions Supervisor of low stock items.
  • Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace including but not limited to disposal of garbage.
  • Serve beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages responsibly. Must check guest's ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement for purchase of alcoholic beverages.
  • Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
  • Takes inventory of supplies and equipment; maintains stock at required operational level.
  • Trains stand attendants.
  • Oversees compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations.
  • Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Must be 21 or over.
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to learn to operate a register and corresponding system.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed based on the events schedules and business needs.
  • Required to possess or obtain a valid Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Food Handler Safety Card, Tam Alcohol Awareness Card or equivalent certification, and non-gaming work permit (Sheriff's Card).
  • This role may involve performing physical labor and operational tasks in outdoor environments, regardless of weather conditions.
  • The position requires adaptability, endurance, and a commitment to safety while working in both high-heat and cold-weather settings.
  • Required to possess a union pour card.
