Job description

Position / Specialty: RN Pain Management / Interventional Radiology
Shift: 5x8s, 8a-430p. No block scheduling
Call Requirements: On call rotation assigned on week basis M-F, 12am-8am. Weekends and holidays 24Hrs. On call is rotated through all nurses. No holidays except for on call. Occasional weekend day needed 8a-4:30p
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend/ 2 weekends per month
RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Cook is a MANDITORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion. Travelers will float within the Radiology and Pain departments.
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Other: Staff required to wear lead
Years of experience REQ: 2+ years
Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
Locals accepted: Yes -locals preferred. Must live within 75 miles of the facility.
