Job description

Summit Radiology is the largest, and most progressive full service diagnostic and interventional radiology group, utilizing the latest technology available in northeast Indiana. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality care in an efficient, patient-friendly manner.

Our group currently has over 60 radiologists on staff and provides services to over 40 hospitals, imaging centers, and clinics in Indiana, Michigan, Maine, New Hampshire, Alabama, Oklahoma and Oregon.

Summit Radiology is looking to fill 2 radiology coordinator positions (1 full-time; 1 part-time). Radiology coordinators are an important part of our healthcare team responsible for managing hospital worklists, ensuring our radiologists have all the information that they need to provide excellent patient care, and provide outstanding customer service to physicians, technologists, and patients. Radiology coordinators work directly with our physicians on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will work well as part of a team as well as independently and will be reliable and dependable. They will be knowledgeable in computer systems and proficient at handling multiple phone lines. They will also possess the ability to efficiently multi-task. A medical background is preferred.

This position includes every other weekend and some weekdays. This position will also be included in our holiday rotations as well (two holidays per year).

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or GED

Previous experience in healthcare preferred

Job Type: Full-time and part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full-time 12 pm-8pm. Hybrid onsite & remote

Part-time rotating 4 pm - 12 am. Hybrid onsite & remote

Rotating weekends

Flexible work from home options available.
