Job description

Description

We are looking for  Fulltime and Part time veterinary receptionists.

Pinnacle Veterinary Specialists (PVS) is seeking enthusiastic and motivated veterinary receptionists to join our growing hospital team. PVS is a 24/7 emergency/specialty practice in Glen Mills, PA whose mission is to create a medicine first, patient first culture as a veterinarian owned hospital. We seek to create an alternative option in the corporate dominated specialty market in Philadelphia. This alternative affords the freedom of autonomy for staff to make on the ground decisions without layers of management, recognizes and rewards nurses and client service team members as critical members of our team, and an opportunity to work in a smaller, collaborative environment  that feels more like a family than just a place to work.

Pinnacle recognizes the key role that receptionists play in the hospital. They are invaluable members of the team and should be treated as such. At Pinnacle, these words are put into action. Our hospital is a community of people who find joy in working together and learning from each other. Our young group of leaders have families and believe in working to live rather than living to work. We are looking for staff members who are able to see the world and the hospital beyond themselves. They are the people at work who are easy to get along with, smile a lot, and are always willing to help. Our team embraces this view of a hospital community.

Our facility houses 24/7 emergency/critical care, internal medicine, neurology, surgery, radiology and cardiology. PVS will be located at 600 Evergreen Drive in Glen Mills, PA which is a southern suburb of Philadelphia.

Veterinary reception experience is a requirement for this position in addition to excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn. If you would like to learn more about the culture of Pinnacle and details on our benefits package, please visit www.pinnacle.vet
