Metro MRI Center has provided affordable Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) services to the Quad City area (Moline, Rock Island, Davenport, and Bettendorf) and the surrounding communities since 1990. Position Summary:
  • Greets patient and verifies identification of patient. Completes appropriate registration form(s). Schedules examinations in accordance with established procedures and protocols. Answers telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Orders and maintains office supplies.
  • Responsible for relaying pertinent clinical information provided by patient at time of examination to the technologist.
  • Determines type of imaging study necessary for each patient after reviewing patient's written order and prepares paperwork for technologists.
  • Performs a variety of administrative tasks such as, registration of patients, data entry into the Radiology Information System, log entries and maintains record keeping and filing systems for all exams.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • CMA or CNA
  • ICD-10 and CPT-4 Coding / Insurance Billing Knowledge
  • Previous Healthcare Experience

COMPENSATION:
The hourly range for this position is $15.00-$21.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
