We are hiring Regional CDL A Drivers for dedicated routes throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada. This position offers competitive percentage-based pay, weekly home time, automatic sleeper trucks, comprehensive benefits, and a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.
Drivers haul regional freight throughout the Southwest while enjoying weekends at home. Most loads are drop-and-hook, allowing drivers to maximize miles and minimize downtime, with occasional live load and unload deliveries.
Regional drivers typically earn between $1,200 and $1,400 per week while operating newer automatic sleeper trucks equipped with Samsara ELD technology and advanced safety systems.

• Comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations.

• Deliver freight safely and on schedule.
• Report equipment concerns and maintenance issues promptly.
• Represent the company professionally while providing outstanding customer service.
• Valid Class A CDL License
• Current DOT Medical Card required before start date
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial Class A driving experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• No more than 3 points on Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• No more than 1 chargeable accident within the past 3 years
• No felony convictions
• No SAP participation
• No DUI convictions within the past 7 years
• Ability to safely operate automatic transmission tractors
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service
