Job description



Equine Veterinary Care is seeking an Equine Veterinarian to join our growing team, working primarily at Delaware Park Racetrack with opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic racing circuit. We are looking for either an experienced racetrack veterinarian or an internship-trained veterinarian seeking strong mentorship, collaborative medicine, and long-term career growth in Thoroughbred racing.


$20,000 Sign on Bonus

This role is designed to support long-term sustainability and work-life balance, with a seasonal flexible schedule, rotating weekends, and a shared emergency coverage system supported by veterinary triage to reduce unnecessary overnight calls.

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, plus production bonus-eligible based on collections and eligibility criteria.  
The final compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.
