Job Summary

Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join their team. As a QA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of the products and services by designing, developing, and implementing testing strategies and methodologies. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and report defects, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and continuously improve our testing processes.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including black box, white box, and gray box testing
Proficiency in test planning, test case development, and test execution
Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with insurance industry products or services
