Job description

Company in the construction industry is looking to hire a new Quality Assurance Analyst or LEAD (it will depend on the seniority of the candidate) to join their team in Tampa. We will only be reviewing candidates with experience working for companies in the construction industry!
The main goal of this position is to create and execute test plans and test cases in a detailed, efficient and timely manner. This person will also help build a QA team made up of FTE and/or consultants that will allow my client to scale as demand for QA activities to grow.
Essential job duties:
- Work together with the Digital Transformation team to support release planning and testing of purchased applications/inhouse solutions;
- Develop, deploy and maintain test automation scripts for the purpose of regression and performance testing;
- Test, document and debug application patches and upgrades, providing testability/QA feedback to product development and implementations;
- Assist in management of ERP implementation and integration projects.
Main requirements:
- Experience with various test levels (system integration, performance, regression and user acceptance);
- Ability to reate test pland and map requirements;
- Experience with IT and new applications/softwares in the CONSTRUCTION or related industry;
- 5+ years experience in software testing.
