Machine OperatorJob Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality operations. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to meet production goals while maintaining product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Perform routine machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Report equipment malfunctions and assist maintenance personnel with repairs as needed.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and quality data.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), if applicable.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines.
  • Monitor machine performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
