Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all rental transactions
  • Market for new residents
  • Investigate and resolve resident complaints
  • Show apartments and lease according to targeted leasing goals provided
  • Enter work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Perform Internet Lead Follow ups and phone call follow ups daily
  • Build relationships with local businesses for marketing efforts

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
