A Weekend Property Manager is usually responsible for overseeing daily property operations such as addressing tenant concerns, coordinating maintenance requests, conducting property walkthroughs, and managing move-ins or move-outs. They may also respond to emergencies, enforce property rules, and communicate with vendors for repairs as needed. The role often involves working independently but can require close collaboration with weekday management and maintenance teams to ensure seamless transition and follow-through on ongoing projects.
