We're growing, and we're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help lead that growth.

Base Salary $48,000 - $58,000 Plus Commission + Bonus

About the Role
The Business Development Manager is the primary engine behind growing our client base. You'll build relationships grounded in trust, develop referral pipelines across departments, and represent RPM Seacoast NH as a credible, knowledgeable partner in the local real estate community.
This role is as much about integrity as it is about hustle. You'll be a fearless networker with sharp negotiation instincts - someone who can walk into any room, earn trust quickly, and convert relationships into long-term contracts.
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of proven, verifiable success selling managed service contracts
• Top-tier prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience managing cross-departmental referrals and partnerships
• Strong time management and self-direction - you hold yourself accountable
• Knowledge of the Seacoast NH market and local real estate landscape
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfort with CRM or property management tools a plus
