Position Summary
The Property Manager is fully accountable for all day-to-day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property, and supervising property maintenance staff. The role requires regular interaction with residents, vendors, and staff and involves both administrative and on-site operational responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operations & Financial Management
  • Oversee day-to-day property operations in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor financial performance, including rent collections, delinquency management, and budget adherence.
  • Maintain accurate operational and financial records.
Leasing & Marketing
  • Ensure property occupancy goals are met.
  • Conduct leasing tours and oversee leasing activities.
  • Monitor local market conditions and implement marketing strategies.
Resident Relations
  • Address resident concerns and maintain positive community relationships.
  • Implement resident retention programs.
Personnel Management
  • Supervise and support staff performance and development.
  • Schedule and assign work responsibilities.
  • Address performance concerns and document appropriately.
Maintenance Oversight
  • Conduct routine property inspections.
  • Coordinate maintenance priorities and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Support emergency response procedures.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
