Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion while ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Winston, GA
Job Shift: Day (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $40000.00+ (based on experiance)

Key Duties:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from start to finish
  • Develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project success
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise
  • Assign tasks and provide direction to team members
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
  • Conduct project meetings and provide status updates
  • Identify potential risks and implement effective solutions
  • Report project progress, quality concerns, and schedule updates to management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience preferred
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments is a plus
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
