  • Participate in all phases of project delivery, from project kickoff through final closeout.
  • Assist with estimating, proposal preparation, bidding activities, and business development efforts as needed.
  • Support employee development and training initiatives by providing input, feedback, and sharing best practices.
  • Maintain a visible presence on project sites through regular site visits to monitor progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and foster strong working relationships with project teams.
  • Help ensure all work is completed safely, meets company quality standards, and complies with project plans, specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to team success through collaboration, initiative, and sound decision-making.
  • Working knowledge of construction methods, scheduling practices, project controls, and industry technology.
  • Professional, customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and follow through on commitments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and construction/project management software is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
WHY JOIN SARGENT ELECTRIC?
