LV Collective is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Construction team and help bring our design-centric, experience-driven developments to life. This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-loving self-starter who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, supporting construction leadership, and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish. You'll play a critical role behind the scenes-tracking details, coordinating communication, and helping our Construction Managers and Directors build incredible communities across the country.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Administration

  • Support Project Managers, Construction Managers and Directors in the coordination of multiple active construction projects
  • Assist with tracking project schedules, budgets, and key milestones
  • Maintain organized project files, logs, and documentation throughout all phases of construction
  • Coordinate internal and external communications between consultants, contractors, and internal LV teams
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and distribute action items to project teams
  • Assist with preparation of monthly project reports and site visit documentation

Construction Support

  • Help track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
  • Assist with document control, including drawings, contracts, and consultant deliverables
  • Support progress tracking for architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
  • Assist with coordination of inspections, permits, and approvals as needed
  • Facilitate punch-list functions, commissioning and property management integration nearing the latter stages of construction
  • Help identify potential scheduling or scope conflicts and flag issues for senior team members

Other

  • Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Ability to work late or on weekends may be required
