To thrive as a Weekend Programmer, you need solid programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript, often supported by a relevant degree or coding bootcamp experience. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, integrated development environments (IDEs), and project management tools is important for efficient workflow.
