As a Manager, you will lead Oracle-powered data services engagements across strategy, implementation, migration, and operational improvement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions that improve business performance, enable AI readiness, and support complex enterprise environments.

Work you'll do

As a Manager on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading Oracle data management engagements from assessment through deployment, including data strategy, migration, integration, and ongoing optimization
  • Managing AI and analytics readiness efforts, including data quality reviews, governance assessments, and delivery of AI-ready and analytics-ready data products across business domains
  • Overseeing modernization initiatives across cloud and hybrid environments to improve scalability, automation, and long-term platform performance
  • Directing Oracle master data management initiatives to support governed, accurate, and unified customer, supplier, and product data
  • Leading teams in the design and delivery of data pipelines, lakehouse and data mesh architectures, and enterprise data solutions that support analytics, AI, and integration needs.

The team

Our AI & Data practice offers comprehensive solutions for designing, developing, and operating advanced Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. We help clients innovate, enhance, and manage their data, AI, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they can grow and scale effectively.

Qualifications Required:

  • 6+ years of technology consulting experience, including 2+ years leading cloud-based data and analytics technology engagements with resources across multiple locations
  • 4+ years of data engineering experience, including extract, transform, load (ETL), extract, load, transform (ELT), open lakehouse architecture, integration of structured and unstructured data sources, machine learning operations (MLOps), and Git/continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
  • 2+ years of experience across the data product lifecycle, including blueprinting, design, deployment, automation, catalog/discoverability, and multi-platform and hybrid cloud integrations
  • 2+ years of experience implementing and optimizing data pipeline automation, metadata management, semantic layers, and domain-driven data product strategies
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • 4+ years of experience with Oracle data management platforms, including Oracle Master Data Management (MDM), Oracle Cloud, Oracle AI Data Platform, Product Data Hub, and Customer Data Management
  • Experience with data quality profiling, governance frameworks, automated lineage tracking, business glossary integrations, and cloud-native analytics solutions
  • Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI data readiness, including data scoping, bias detection, data labeling, and regulated or ethical AI considerations
  • Experience implementing modular, reusable analytics and AI-enabled data products
  • Experience with advanced data architectures, including multimodal data management and model design, data mesh, data fabric, and data products
  • Experience supporting sales pursuits through proposal content development, workshop collateral creation, and presentations to client audiences

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $159,100 to $224,100.
