Job Description
We are seeking a Supply Chain / Procurement Specialist to support procurement, supplier management, and business operations activities. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure efficient supply chain performance, support operational objectives, and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support procurement, supply chain, and business operations activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor supplier performance and assist with issue resolution.
  • Analyze business and supply chain data to support operational decisions.
  • Develop reports, presentations, and business metrics using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Support project and program management initiatives.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage multiple priorities, urgent requests, and day-to-day operational activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or Business Operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Procurement, and/or Supply Chain functions.
  • Bachelor's or Advanced Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating strong business analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project or program management.

Education / Experience
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor's degree) and typically 6 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master's degree with 4+ years of related experience, or 10+ years of related experience)
