We're seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead Costco remodels and ground-up construction projects across the country.

Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site construction activities
- Manage large crews (100+ personnel) and subcontractors
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Ensure OSHA safety compliance and jobsite standards
- Monitor quality, progress, and budgets
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and resolve issues
- 10+ years of construction supervision experience
- 5+ years managing large commercial/industrial projects
- Experience with large retail projects (Costco or similar big-box)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel nationally
- Valid driver's license
Preferred
- Degree in Construction Management or related field
- OSHA 30+ certification
- Experience with ProCore, Bluebeam, or AutoDesk
