Registered Nurse - PRN

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our PRN care team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. If you are passionate about making a difference and thrive in a supportive, resident-centered environment

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to appropriate staff.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care.
  • Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid RN license in the State of Texas.
  • CPR or BLS certification.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
