RN OR PRN – Pediatric Operating Room

Join an exceptional team at BSWH McLane Children's Medical Center and make a difference in the lives of pediatric patients. We are seeking an experienced OR Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN to support our Pediatric Operating Room, providing high-quality perioperative care in a collaborative, family-centered environment.

Department Overview

The Pediatric Operating Room consists of five operating rooms and supports a broad range of surgical specialties. The team provides care for multiple service lines, excluding cardiac, vascular, and transplant procedures. Nurses play a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate care throughout the surgical experience.

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Previous Operating Room experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Reliable availability to meet PRN scheduling needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Pediatric Operating Room experience. Ability to scrub surgical cases. Interest in future full-time opportunities. Experience working in a fast-paced surgical environment.
