Grace Unlimited Home Health Care is seeking experienced PRN RN Case Managers to provide high-quality home healthcare to clients primarily in Dallas County, with coverage in surrounding Dallas–Fort Worth areas as needed. Role Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Active Texas RN License

  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

  • Minimum 1 year of home health experience

  • Experience with OASIS/Kinnser preferred

  • Ability to travel locally within Dallas County

  • Flexible availability for PRN visits

Work Location:
