Per Diem/PRN Registered Nurse (RN)

Duties:
- Responsible for coordination of Start of Care, Re-certification, Discharge, and Resumption of care

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures.
- Assist with discharge planning and coordinate post-discharge care for patients.
- Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments.

Qualifications:
1. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) Required in the state of Oklahoma.

2. Minimum 2 years experience in home care experience

3. Effective written and verbal communication

4. Experience with policy, rules, and regulations

5. Clean background check and driving record
