Maintenance Team Lead


Location: Oak Creek, WI

Pay: $34.00 - $42.00/hour


Are you an experienced maintenance leader looking for an opportunity to make an impact in a modern, highly automated manufacturing environment? We're seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to oversee maintenance operations, lead a team of skilled technicians, and help drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of 12–15 maintenance technicians.
  • Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot high-speed production, packaging, and robotic systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement through TPM, RCFA, RCM, and preventive maintenance best practices.
  • Monitor key maintenance metrics including MTBF, MTTR, and equipment uptime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong electrical, mechanical, and automation troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with PLCs and robotic systems such as FANUC, KUKA, ABB, or Universal Robots.
  • Knowledge of TPM, RCM, RCFA, and Preventive Maintenance Optimization (PMO).
  • Experience using CMMS/EAM systems for maintenance planning and work order management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. and Canada once or twice per year for training.


Schedule

  • Continental 12-hour shifts
  • AM Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Every other weekend off
