Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of over 300 live sporting events annually
  • Assist with remote production logistics, including scheduling crew, coordinating onsite facilities, transmission needs, and preparing/distributing production paperwork
  • Provide onsite support to the Live Events production team and technical crew as needed
  • Maintain and track inventory of Live Events equipment
  • Assist with budget-related activities, including tracking expenses, supporting monthly forecasting, payroll coordination, and invoice processing
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support production workflows and execution of departmental initiatives
  • Support the integration and adoption of new production technologies and tools
  • Help coordinate with external vendors and production partners
  • Stay informed on evolving production practices and workflows to support team execution
Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two (2+) years of experience in live event productions, broadcasting, or related field
  • Foundational knowledge of remote or cloud-based television production workflows
  • Basic technical understanding of live event broadcast operations
