Technical members of our solutions teams require little guidance, but love to learn, collaborate, and problem solve. This position requires experience and passion for coding, and a strong desire to solve our customers’ unique technology challenges. Job Description Role and Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and strategy in the development of enterprise applications. Deliver hands-on Power Platform development to streamline and automate organizational business processes. Develop application Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) to demonstrate and iteratively build on their business value and functionality. Integrate Power Platform with other systems using Azure, Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors. Assess business needs and recommend a suitable and optimal technology stack. Required Skills An active TS/SCI with polygraph.
Minimum of 3 years with hands-on professional experience developing applications using Microsoft Dynamics, D365, and Power Platform including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Pages. Minimum of 5 years of total IT experience. Advanced capabilities and knowledge developing in Power Platform and Dynamics. Strong experience Integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure, Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors. Lead the definition of back-end solutions for Power Platform, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, or other databases. Strong background in C# and .NET development.
Expertise with Visual Studio.
Experience working on a Scrum team using a ticket management system (Azure DevOps or Jira).
Exemplary communication skills. Preferred Skills Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and / or Dynamics 365.
Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, SPFx, SASS/CSS3, and HTML5.
Familiar with Git or comparable version control systems.
Experience in Power Platform Governance and best practices.
