Required Experience
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in designing and developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the US Banking/Financial Services domain.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations.
Required Skills
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
  • Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade workflow automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, governance, security, and best practices.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external systems.
  • Knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, APIs, and workflow automation.
  • Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing business applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with business users and Lines of Business (LOB).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
