With deep expertise across Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, Power BI, and secure federal IT delivery, we help agencies modernize mission-critical systems and improve operational performance.
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint / Power Platform Developer to join our delivery team. You'll design and implement SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions - Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards - that automate processes, surface insights, and improve collaboration for our clients. You'll work alongside senior architects with room to grow into a lead developer role
Location: Candidates must be based in the Washington, DC metro area.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions that leverage dashboard reporting, automated workflows, and collaboration features to streamline business processes
  • Develop, document, and support custom and out-of-the-box SharePoint Online solutions using industry best practices
  • Build and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps on the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Develop Power Automate flows for business process automation and system integration
  • Create Power BI dashboards and reports from a range of data sources, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and Excel
  • Perform data manipulation and cleansing to prepare datasets for reporting and app development
  • Engage with users and stakeholders to analyze business processes and technical requirements, and translate them into working solutions
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users interacting with SharePoint and the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Create documentation, flowcharts, and diagrams for delivered solutions

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 development experience
  • Strong SharePoint Online experience - site architecture, lists, libraries, content types, permissions, and integrations
  • Demonstrated experience building both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps
  • Proficiency with Power Automate (cloud flows; desktop flows a plus)
  • Power BI experience - building interactive dashboards and reports from multiple data sources
  • Working knowledge of Dataverse and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Ability to work with a range of datasets (Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, Excel, and similar)

U.S. Security Clearance Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active Secret clearance required

Preferred Qualifications
  • SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development
  • Power Pages experience
  • PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls
  • Front-end skills (JavaScript, CSS, HTML)
  • Microsoft certifications: PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, or MS-700
