Job description

Job Description We are seeking a Portfolio Analyst to support the management and growth of a multifamily real estate investment portfolio. This role offers broad exposure to the investment lifecycle, including financial analysis, portfolio management, investor reporting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute across a variety of investment initiatives while partnering closely with senior leadership in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Prepare investor presentations, investment memoranda, and other materials supporting fundraising and client communications Monitor portfolio and property performance through financial analysis, variance reporting, and market research Maintain and enhance financial models to support portfolio management, liquidity planning, and investment decision-making Produce quarterly and annual investor reporting, investment summaries, and operational analyses Assist with annual budgeting, asset planning, and strategic portfolio initiatives Support advisory committee meetings, board meetings, and other investor-related activities through financial analysis and presentation preparation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in real estate investment, development, investment banking, or corporate finance Knowledge of multifamily real estate investments, underwriting, and portfolio management Experience building complex financial models in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing professional presentations and reports Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Experience underwriting multifamily development or value-add investments is preferred Compensation & Schedule Full-time New York, NY
