Summary of Duties:
- Consult on pre-installation site spec
- Work closely with teams to coordinate projects for installations and service visits
- Coordinate with management and maintain an accurate calendar
- Communicate appropriately with management, sales team, and dealer partners through all stages of projects
- Maintain knowledge of all Planmeca product lines and all other matters that affect the dental industry
- Periodically conduct trainings for dealer technicians on current product line
- Attend regular field team conference calls
- Consistently present and maintain professionalism, appearance, and condition in personal and company owned equipment
- Creates technical instructions, updates manuals for the ASE team
- Creates video lessons for end-users
- Trains end-users at all levels
- All other duties as assigned
Training and Experience
- Experience in technical support/ IT support.
- Experience in medical or dental industries
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem solving skills
- Type 20 words or more per minute
- Ability to interact and communicate with all Planmeca employees
- A valid driver's license (good driving record) and a passport
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.
- Work hours are Monday - Friday from 08:30am - 05:00pm, working extended hours, weekends and national holidays maybe expected.
