Compensation: $33.00–$35.00 per hour (DOE)

A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with an established private dental practice seeking an experienced, confident, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join their growing team.
With over 24 years serving the community, this modern practice is looking for someone who excels at building patient relationships, presenting comprehensive treatment plans, coordinating financial arrangements, and helping patients move forward with the care they need.

Responsibilities
- Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and professionalism
- Review insurance benefits and patient financial responsibility
- Discuss financing options and payment arrangements
- Schedule treatment efficiently to maximize production
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment plans
- Coordinate communication between doctors, patients, and the clinical team
- Maintain accurate patient records in Open Dental
- Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
- Support front office operations as needed

Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of Treatment Coordinator experience
- Strong treatment presentation and case acceptance skills
- Knowledge of PPO, HMO, and Fee-for-Service insurance
- Experience with Open Dental preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
