What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate a front-end loader to feed the plant and load trucks safely and efficiently

  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

  • Monitor material quality and communicate with team members to ensure production goals

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards

  • Assist with other quarry operations as needed

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment

  • Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Willingness to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands of the Job

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift

  • Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively

  • Must be able to work in uneven terrain and confined spaces

  • Tolerance for exposure to dust, vibration, and other typical quarry conditions

  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods
