Summary: Performs collections on newborns, pediatrics, and adult patients. Includes venipuncture using vacutainer, syringe and butterfly technique. Capillary puncture using heel and finger-stick techniques. Prepares equipment to efficiently collect blood and body fluid samples.
Requirements: High School Graduate, or equivalent required. Ability to work as a team player with excellent customer services skills. Previous phlebotomy experience preferred. Phlebotomy certification through ASCP or eligible status required.
