POSITION: LPN- Medical Surgical (6800) SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING =============================== • Shift hours/Contract Length: 7p-7a, 13 weeks • Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend • Charting: EPIC experience required • RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests: Must submit requests upon submission • Call off Policy: The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours. • Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed • Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes • Locals Accepted? Radius Rule: Locals accepted for LPN's at $10 less.
