Join Our Team at River's Bend - Support Staff (Full-Time)

River's Bend is looking for afull-time, enthusiastic, motivated, and organized Support Staff professionalto join our growing team! If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.


As a member of ourSupport Staff Department, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day administrative and operational success of the practice while working closely with our Practice Manager, Support Staff Lead, and clinical team.


What You'll Do

  • Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer incoming phone calls and voicemails, handling inquiries or directing them appropriately
  • Complete intake processes for new referrals
  • Schedule, manage, and confirm client appointments (including reminder calls)
  • Provide insurance verification for clients
  • Process drug screens and manage medication refills
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documentation
  • Verify insurance benefits and manage pre-authorizations
  • Provide exceptional client support, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback
  • Offer administrative support to clinical staff
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Identify challenges and help implement solutions
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the practice
