Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and ready for use. This position is essential in supporting our food service operations, contributing to a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of waste.
  • Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
  • Organize and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
  • Support catering and banquet operations by preparing necessary items for events.
