Packer- Position Summary

The role is responsible for packaging finished products while continuously monitoring quality during production. This includes ensuring all packaging meets customer specifications, follows safety and quality standards, and supports smooth production flow.


Work Schedule
  • 6:00am-2:00pm

  • Monday through Friday​


Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesQuality & Compliance
  • Follow all Plant, State, and Federal regulations, including OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF.

  • Avoid using any product that is damaged or defective.

  • Package only the highest quality finished product.

  • Verify that code dates are correct, visible, and legible.

  • Comply with all quality assurance, food safety, and SQF procedures.

Packaging & Production
  • Ensure the correct number of packages per case and the correct number of cases per pallet.

  • Package finished product according to customer requirements.

Safety & PPE
  • Follow all safety procedures properly.

  • Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Dress appropriately for the work environment.

Other Responsibilities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on department or business needs.

  • Support the overall quality system and maintain compliance with all related procedures.
