Base Pay: $36.88-$41.89/hour based on experience
Plus all weekend hours are paid at Time and a Half! ($55.32/hr-$62.84hr)

What You'll Do
As a Weekend Clinical RN, you'll provide high-quality, resident-centered care while serving as a clinical leader during your shift. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering compassionate nursing care that promotes residents' health, dignity, and independence
- Assessing residents and responding to changes in condition
- Coordinating and overseeing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with CNAs, physicians, therapists, and families to ensure exceptional care
- Supporting and mentoring team members while fostering a positive work environment
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their loved ones
What We're Looking For
- Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous nursing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for serving older adults and making a positive impact every day
Schedule
- Weekend Clinical Position
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Every Saturday and Sunday
- Six-month weekend commitment
- Receive four weekends (8 weekend shifts) off each year
- All weekend hours are paid at Time and a Half
