Base Pay: $36.88-$41.89/hour based on experience

What You'll Do
As a Weekend Clinical RN, you'll provide high-quality, resident-centered care while serving as a clinical leader during your shift. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering compassionate nursing care that promotes residents' health, dignity, and independence
  • Assessing residents and responding to changes in condition
  • Coordinating and overseeing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with CNAs, physicians, therapists, and families to ensure exceptional care
  • Supporting and mentoring team members while fostering a positive work environment
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their loved ones

What We're Looking For
  • Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Previous nursing experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine passion for serving older adults and making a positive impact every day

Schedule
  • Weekend Clinical Position
  • Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Every Saturday and Sunday
  • Six-month weekend commitment
  • Receive four weekends (8 weekend shifts) off each year
  • All weekend hours are paid at Time and a Half
