Job Posting: 2nd Shift Press Brake Operator
Company: MLC Manufacturing
Location: Spring Lake, MI
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:00pm – 2:30am
Status: Hiring Immediately
About the Position:
MLC Manufacturing is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running Bystronic press brakes. Programming knowledge at the machine interface is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate Bystronic press brakes
  • Read blueprints and inspect parts to print
  • Adjust machine settings to maintain part accuracy
  • Perform quality checks and maintain production standards
  • Tag, stack, and move parts to next operations
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:

  • Experience operating Bystronic press brakes required
  • Programming at the machine interface a bonus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work 2nd shift schedule
