The Weekend Shift Haeger Machine Operator (Friday-Sunday, 6:30am-6:30pm) plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining Haeger machines to produce high-quality components efficiently and safely.

This position is responsible for setting up the machine, monitoring performance, and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal output and consistent product quality. The operator works closely with quality control and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime.

Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to maintaining a safe working environment while meeting production goals. This role supports the overall manufacturing operation by ensuring products meet strict quality standards during weekend shift production.

Schedule

Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:30am-6:30pm

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience operating Haeger machines or similar manufacturing equipment
