Sunset Rentals is seeking an experienced and detail-orientedOperations Managerto coordinate the day-to-day execution of property operations across our portfolio on Hilton Head Island. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes initiative, stays organized under pressure, and ensures every property is fully prepared to meet guest and owner expectations.

In this role, you will act as the central point of coordination for inspectors, maintenance personnel, cleaning companies, regimes, and vendors-ensuring work is completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. You will regularly assess property conditions and clearly communicate functional, mechanical, and aesthetic needs to homeowners while helping resolve guest and owner concerns quickly and professionally.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and solutions-driven, with a strong ability to juggle multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
