Job SummaryCourtyard by Marriott Richmond Berkeley is seeking an experienced, service-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively manage multiple departments, drive operational excellence, support team development, and maintain Marriott brand standards.
The Operations Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth hotel operations, optimize guest satisfaction, and achieve financial and operational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership- Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other hotel departments.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and prompt resolution of guest concerns.
- Monitor hotel performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with Marriott brand standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop hotel associates.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
