In this role, you'll own the day-to-day operations, lead a team of Supervisors and front-line employees, and play a key role in shaping how we deliver results to clients and customers.
You'll bring strong leadership, sharp communication skills, and a strategic mindset to every challenge, whether it's resolving a complex client issue or pushing forward a process improvement initiative. This is a hybrid role requiring three onsite days per week and is based in Tulsa OK.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Lead the charge: Oversee a team of Supervisors and front-line staff, ensuring smooth operations, fast turnaround times, and top-tier quality every day.
Be a change-maker: Identify and drive process improvements that make teams more efficient and clients more satisfied.
Develop talent: Support and coach managers in hiring, performance development, and team engagement, helping your people grow and succeed.
Be the go-to communicator: Handle high-stakes client and internal escalations with confidence and clarity, turning problems into opportunities.
Set the standard: Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and push for continuous improvement, always raising the bar.
Stay connected: Hold regular 1:1s, skip-levels, and team check-ins to keep communication strong and goals aligned.
