Position Summary The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team, responsible for leading store execution and performance, building consumer loyalty, and maintaining a high‐quality customer service culture at CVS/pharmacy. Key Responsibilities Overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation Sales and inventory management Employee staffing, training, and development Financial management (budgeting, cost control) Customer service leadership and cultural promotion Support the Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement Manage, assign, and direct activities of the store's crew and communicate information promptly Essential Functions Lead others and work effectively with store crews. Supervise, assign, and direct activities of crew members. Effectively communicate information to crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints. Promote a customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking. Qualifications Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer proficiency. Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing ability. Ability to work a full‐time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime, and urgent responses.
